Taiwan warmly welcomes Matsuyama Kenichi!

Actor Matsuyama Kenichi visited Taiwan on December 16th in order to promote his latest film “Norwegian Wood“, and he received quite the reception at the airport!
This is Matsuyama’s second visit to Taiwan; his previous visit was for the Asia campaign for “L change the World” (2008). The actor enjoys quite a large popularity there due to his involvement in “Death Note“(2006) and “Detroit Metal City“(2008).
On the day Matsuyama arrived in Taiwan, many fans showed up to the airport in order to welcome him, and he was interviewed by more than 10 different local media outlets.
“Norwegian Wood” will be released on December 17th in Taiwan on 30 screens, the largest release of any Japanese film to date.
